George Anthony is an intrepid Yoga teacher sharing the ways of Yoga that can improve anyone’s quality of life and offer them the blissful and familiar feeling of coming home to the soul. This is everyone’s journey and George works to create the experiences that inspire peoples’ care for their bodies, minds, and each other that makes physical well being and spiritual compassion the natural result. We are all in the right place, at the right time, and, discovering that space within which is pure peace and love.

His no pressure character and joyful attitude make it easy to get into Yoga. He teaches with a soothingly rich voice that communicates calmness, and gives clear understanding about physical practices, energy work, meditation, healthy eating, philosophy, and more. He encourages everyone to take their time, as a mental attitude to never rush, just be where you are and feel the stillness within yourself. That is Yoga.

George has traveled around Thailand and other beautiful parts of South East Asia. He is now based in Bangkok and makes trips often to Koh Samui in the Gulf of Thailand. He enjoys immersing in the energy of the temples, smiling with the beautiful people, practicing amidst the amazing spaces of nature and in the cities, making music and good food, learning from great teachers, friends, and experiences, and teaching yoga along the way.
